Nadia Elena Comaneci

In 1976, she became famous when she scored her first perfect 10 on an asymmetrical bar during the Montreal Olympic Games. She then went on to get an additional six perfect 10, which made her the youngest Olympic All-around gold medallist at only 14 years old.
